First Open
COME is installed. A quick first open confirms everything works on your phone.
First Open on Android
Tap Open (or the COME icon). Sign in or sign up. Open My Matches to confirm your account. If your phone restricts background apps heavily, you can exempt COME in battery settings so it refreshes properly.
Where to Go First
- Fantasy → Cricket for building teams around matches.
- Predictions for single Yes or No questions, separate from teams.
- My Matches for anything you've joined.
Next Time
Open the icon. Download again only for an update COME asks for, or on a new phone.
If the App Won't Load
Check the connection, force-close and reopen, then clear the cache. If it still won't load, switch to the browser for now and work through troubleshooting.
If You See a Different Account
Sign out, then sign back in using whichever method you first registered with. Then check My Matches.
Keeping COME Running Well on Android
Leave some storage free for updates; clear the app's cache if it becomes sluggish (Settings → Apps → COME → Storage); avoid switching networks right before a deadline.
Checking Everything Works
- ☐ Sign-in screen appears and accepts your details
- ☐ My Matches opens
- ☐ Fantasy → Cricket shows matches
- ☐ Predictions shows questions
If all four work, you can switch off the browser's install permission and delete the APK.
Android Notifications
If Android asks whether COME may send notifications, choose based on your preference. It doesn't affect how the app works.
When the App Behaves Differently From the Browser
If something shows in the browser but not in the app, clear the app's cache first. If that doesn't help, install a fresh copy over it.
Password Reset
If you forget it, use the reset option on the sign-in screen if shown.
