Fix Download or Install Problems
Android problems with APKs almost always come down to four things: permission, storage, an incomplete file, or an older copy of the app. Find the symptom.

Storage and Connection: The Hidden Causes
Storage: Android unpacks the app, which needs more room than the APK file. A nearly full phone fails at install even when the download worked. Connection: a download interrupted by a network switch can look complete but be damaged, which usually shows up as a parse error.
Fresh Download or Reinstall?
Fresh download for damaged, old or duplicate files. Reinstall (Settings → Apps → COME → Uninstall, then install) only for conflicts or crashes that survive a cache clear.
Browser Fallback
The browser on the same phone uses the same COME account. Use it while you sort out the install.
